9 Words was created by Paul Hodgman. Paul has been working with people in business and in private since 1982. He used his Degree in Psychology to begin to understand why people find it so hard to deal with problems and not reach their goals

He observed how people deal differently with the same new information or changed circumstances and he talked with  these people and listened to what they were struggling with.

He realised that whilst we all think the same way, it is the content (what we have learned and experienced) of our minds that makes us uniquely different and react differently to the same situation.

He also realised that people have many beliefs given to them when they were young which now actively work against them achieving their dreams or aspirations or desires rather than for them.  You are older and wiser now.

So he formulated the 9Words Matrix – the simple easy to understand way in which people can better deal with and control situations they find themselves in.

The 9words Matrix shows you the 9 steps you need to go through to better manage your life and reach your dreams.

Our philosophy is very SIMPLE. Keep your issues simple (separate them from each other) get your desired outcome really clear and then be Selfish. If you can not live truly for yourself, you will fail to achieve your desired outcomes.
